DELIVERY
Your ordered goods are delivered within the territory of Poland by the following shipping services of choice: DPD Parcel Service, Poczta Polska, Paczkomaty INPOST. Additionally we offer delivery to DPD Pickup Points, and Poczta Polska Pickup Points including the network of ORLEN Petrol Stations, RUCH, Freshmarket and Żabka stores and post offices as well.
For international delivery we use DPD Express Parcel Service. We ship to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
Our online store calculates automatically shipping fee based on the weight of ordered goods. Final shipping price is displayed on the order summary page.
Orders of value exceeding 300 PLN are shipped within the territory of Poland free of charge. Shipping fee will not apply if goods added to cart exceed the value of 300 PLN.
Orders placed on working days before 15:00 are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 15:00, on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are despatched the next working day. Orders paid by bank wire tranfer are shipped upon receiving of payment.
