Ultracoat Metal Guard is a high-temperature resistant ceramic coating (up to 800°C/1472°F) specifically engineered for bare and polished metals. With a 9H hardness rating, it provides:

• Long-term protection (1-2 years / 30,000 km)
• Self-cleaning hydrophobics
• Corrosion resistance

• Layer thickness: ~5 microns
• Coverage: 2-3 full wheel sets (depending on size)
• Chemical resistance: Withstands brake dust, road salts, and acidic cleaners

Step-by-Step Application
Surface Prep:

1. Correct imperfections (polish if needed)
2. Wash with Ultracoat Shampoo+
3. Degrease with Ultracoat Wipe It!

Coating Application (8-32°C/46-90°F):

1. Apply 3-4 drops per section
2. Spread evenly without buffing (non-hazing formula)
3. Remove excess after 1-2 minutes

Curing:

1. 24-hour cure for full cross-linking
