ULTRACOAT Ceramic Set 30 ml

Ceramic Set is a two-component ceramic composite to protect the exterior of the car. It consists of the One ceramic coating, which is responsible for the protective properties, and the Hydro HD quartz coating, which guarantees a perfect surface finish and very strong hydrophobicity. The use of two components ensures perfect appearance, effective protection and maximum easy maintenance of the paint for a period of up to 3 years or 40,000 km of mileage. The application of both coatings is easy and pleasant, so it can be easily carried out by both a professional and every seasoned lover of detailing.

One is a universal SiO2-based ceramic coating for the protection of paintwork, rims and plastic elements. After application, it penetrates and fills the pores of the varnish, joins it and creates an additional protective layer that guarantees the durability of the protection. The coating hardens the paint, which reduces the formation of micro-scratches.

The protected paint acquires high glassiness and its color gets a beautiful depth. The ceramic coating provides a strong hydrophobic effect. They create a protective layer with effective UV filters that will protect your varnish from oxidation and color loss.

Hydro HD is a top coat that is used to create a perfect finish to the ceramic protective layer. The active ingredients of the coating are SiO2 and fluoropolymers. The coating strengthens the chemical resistance of the entire protection and facilitates the removal of potential water spots.

Hydro HD makes the paintwork extremely slippery, which does the washing and drying the car much easier. Its application provides increased hydrophobicity, thanks to which we obtain the self-cleaning effect of the surface. It provides a spectacular shine that is the pride of every owner of a protected car.

How to use:

1. Preparation

Environmental conditions:

• Ideal temperature: 18-22 degrees C.
• Humidity: 40-60%
• Well-ventilated room

Preparation:

1. Wash the car thoroughly and perform decontamination.
2. Polish the paint surface to achieve a perfect finish.
3. Degrease the surface with Ultracoat Finest Wipe.

2. Application method

One application:

1. Put a couple of drops of the product on the applicator.
2. Spread the coating over an area of approx. 50 x 50 cm using the cross-hatch method.
3. Wait 1-2 minutes for the initial evaporation of the solvents and gently remove the coating residue using a soft microfibre cloth. 
4. Turn the microfiber clean side and polish to a perfect finish.
5. Repeat the process with the entire car.

Hydro HD application:

1. Hydro HD can be applied just 2 hours after completing the Ultracoat One application.
2. Put a couple of drops of the product on the applicator.
3. Spread the coating over an area of approx. 50 x 50 cm using the cross-hatch method.
4. Immediately polish the surface with a soft microfiber to achieve a perfect finish.
5. Repeat the process with the entire car.

3. After application

• Leave the car at the application site for 24 hours until the coating hardens.
• During the first 7 days after application, do not wash the car with any chemicals.
• Follow the maintenance instructions on the service card.
