HECKMANN S15

The Heckmann S15 polisher has a large orbital stroke (15mm) for higher efficiency compared to other DA machines. Thanks to the orbital motion, the machine does not leave circular polishing marks - holograms. The construction of the engine visually does not differ from previous models, but the windings and gears have been strengthened and give a 20% increase in strength and resistance. Bearings in our machines are of Japanese production and come from proven manufacturers who supply global brands. In the gearbox cover, we use an anti-vibration and damping insert, which improves acoustic and mechanical properties by eliminating vibrations. The polisher has continuously variable speed control. An additional advantage is the possibility to change brushes without dismantling the polisher, just by unscrewing the side flaps. On the main body, handle, and grip we used non-slip rubber inserts. Thanks to this machine lie safely in wet or damp hands. Disc 125mm with high-quality Velcro and cooling holes will provide a long service life.
